Cleaning your Steve Complete, Steve EasyON, and Steve Ring OFF is a breeze – simply wash them with soap, thoroughly rinse, and then dry with a clean cloth. You can also disinfect Steve Complete, Steve EasyON and the Steve Ring OFF with Alcoholspray and a clean cloth. For the Steve Glides, a gentle hand wash at 30 degrees is recommended. As for the Steve Gloves grip gloves, they can be hand-washed at 30 degrees or cleaned with alcoholspray for your convenience.
The best way to wash the compression socks is on 40 degrees in the washing machine on a daily basis. Don’t bleach, dry clean or ironing.
Washing the socks will give the original compression back to the socks. The original compression will last for 6-9 months every time you wash it.
Before ordering a Steve Complete or Steve EasyON compression stocking tool, be sure to measure your calf circumference and foot width. You can find a size chart with all the necessary information on each product page.
The right size Steve Glide Dolphin you select based on your shoe size. The sizes of the gloves correspond to regular gloves sizes XS=5.5 S=7 M=8 L=9/10 XL=11/12.

We take great care in securely packing our products with double boxing to minimize the risk of damage during shipment. Nevertheless, unforeseen incidents may occur. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us and provide a picture of the damaged product. We'll promptly arrange for a replacement.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, kindly inform us as soon as possible. Depending on the courier's cutoff time, we may be able to make changes. Once your order has been picked by our warehouse, unfortunately, modifications are no longer possible.

We provide a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase for the Steve Complete and Steve EasyON. The warranty period for the Steve Glide Dolphin and Steve Glide Clipper is 6 months from the date of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase for warranty purposes.
